Case lookup and registration straight from Discord, instead of someone opening the internal system and retyping everything.
Challenge
The office already talked on Discord all day, but every case had to be looked up and registered in a separate system. That forced people to leave the conversation, open another screen and retype what they had just written in chat. The rework was daily and quiet, the kind nobody complains about because it became a habit.
Delivered
I built Discord bots that talk to the office internal page. Inside the channel itself you can look up a case and register a new one, with validation before writing and a formatted reply in chat. I also built the office landing page, so people arriving from outside have a way in.
Result
Lookup and registration started happening where the conversation already was. Less screen switching, less retyping, and data entering through the same path every time.
