It is led by Gustavo Penido, a fullstack developer who built and maintains critical production systems: a 73 module platform with ERP and remote access to 700+ machines, the 38 module internal system a company uses every day, and government regulated e-invoicing. Every project goes through him.
Around him GMPX puts together a team that changes size with the demand: a specialist joins when the project calls for one, and the team shrinks when it no longer does.
