Service desk, ERP and RMM platform

It started by replacing a paid ticketing tool. Today it has 73 modules, handles contracts and billing, and remotely accesses 700+ machines.

Challenge

The company paid per-seat for a ticketing tool that did not match the real process. SLAs did not reflect the agreement, time was tracked elsewhere, nobody knew what each machine in the fleet had, and contracts and billing lived in another system. Agents juggled four screens to close one ticket.

Delivered

I designed and built the whole platform. Tickets with desks, queues, SLAs and OLAs, macros, quick replies, knowledge base, SOPs, CSAT and a client portal. Then it grew into the business side: contracts, catalogue, commercial, finance and billing, projects and scheduling. Alongside it, a desktop agent in Rust with Tauri that inventories hardware and software, monitors and gives remote access to machines, on Windows, Linux and macOS from one codebase. On top of that, a control tower, automations, workflows, a credential vault, role based access, whitelabel and observability.

Result

The paid licence is gone. Support, the machine fleet, contracts and billing now live in one place, and support no longer depends on asking users to describe their own computers. It keeps growing, now with stock and assets.
