Challenge
Every team had its own tool and none of them talked. Epics in Jira, documents in a drive, process in someone head, sales quotes on a spreadsheet, internal records on another. Nobody could see the whole company without six tabs and three phone calls.
Delivered
I built, on my own, the tool the team uses every day. Demand and epic management on an agile board integrated with Jira, CRM and sales pipeline, quote building, finance, product and process documentation, internal chat, feed and announcements, calendar, interview process, metrics dashboard, form analytics, global search, audit trail, permission control and integration with the other in-house systems.
Result
It became the daily front door of the company. Information that used to live in six places now has one address, and new hires learn the process by using the tool.
