Different tools, different formats, different cadences. One screen, kept current on its own.
Challenge
The consultancy needed one screen for data arriving from different tools. Consolidating was manual work, so the view was always behind reality.
Delivered
I built the control towers and the dynamic import mechanism: a pipeline that accepts sources with varying schemas, normalises, validates and feeds the dashboards, without new code for each source added.
Result
Consolidation became a system routine, and the screen started reflecting what is happening now.
